OurBible operates within the SpiderTaz Network. The SpiderTaz Network Terms of Service apply to shared account access, security, network services, and connected use. These terms add rules specific to OurBible.

Service Purpose

OurBible provides Bible reading, Scripture search, reading plans, saved passages, notes, prayer tools, study features, congregation pages, city and state discovery, and approved community content. OurBible provides tools and information. It does not replace a church, pastor, counselor, attorney, doctor, emergency service, or other qualified professional support.

Scripture And Educational Content

Scripture, study material, educational explanation, user notes, prayer requests, and community posts are different content layers. Commentary, summaries, questions, user submissions, and educational material must not be treated as Scripture. Bible translations, images, documents, and other resources may have separate rights, licenses, or publication limits.

Accounts

Users are responsible for their account activity, password security where applicable, sessions, submitted information, and actions taken through their access. OurBible may limit, suspend, remove, or preserve records connected to accounts that misuse the service, threaten users, interfere with service operation, violate rights, or violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not post threats, harassment, exploitation, hate, spam, malware, scams, or unlawful content.
• Do not publish private information about yourself or another person without proper permission.
• Do not scrape, attack, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with OurBible systems.
• Do not use prayer, study, local, or fellowship features to manipulate, defraud, pressure, shame, or harm people.
• Do not present personal interpretation, generated text, or community material as official Scripture.

User Content

Users remain responsible for material they submit. By submitting content, users allow OurBible and the SpiderTaz Network to store, process, moderate, display, distribute, protect, and use that content as needed to operate and defend the service. Private content remains private by default. Public content may be reviewed, edited for formatting or safety, rejected, hidden, or removed.

Prayer And Sensitive Information

Prayer requests and faith participation can be sensitive. Do not submit emergency details, private addresses, medical records, financial account information, identity documents, or sensitive details about another person unless the feature clearly requires it and you have permission. Public prayer or community content may be removed when it exposes private information or creates safety concerns.

Community And Local Pages

Congregation, city, state, prayer, study, and local resource features are meant to help people find useful faith-related information and voluntary connection. OurBible does not guarantee that any congregation, group, user, event, resource, listing, or submitted claim is accurate, safe, current, approved by a religious authority, or suitable for every person.

Moderation And Protection

OurBible may review submissions, restrict visibility, remove material, block access, preserve security records, cooperate when legally required, and take other reasonable action to protect users, Scripture integrity, personal information, service stability, and legal compliance.

Availability And Changes

OurBible is provided as available. Features, pages, routes, Bible resources, community tools, study tools, and account functions may change, pause, or be limited for security, maintenance, cost, moderation, licensing, legal compliance, or service direction.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OurBible, SpiderTaz, and their operators are not liable for losses, claims, damages, costs, or consequences arising from use of the service, reliance on content, user submissions, community interactions, external links, outages, moderation decisions, or decisions made from information found on OurBible.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless OurBible, SpiderTaz, and their operators from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, submitted content, violation of these terms, or violation of another party's rights.

Updates And Contact

These terms may be updated as OurBible changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Questions may be sent through the SpiderTaz contact page.
